Axima
Refrigeration designed and
manufactured the refrigeration systems for the
first indoor ski run back in 1988. That project
at ‘s Gravenwezel near Antwerp was soon
followed by many other projects such as Snow
Valley in Peer (Belgium) and the Snow Planet
project at Spaarnwoude (the Netherlands). Up
to today, Axima Refrigeration can also proudly
add Europe’s longest ski slope Alpincentre in
Bottrop (Germany), Xanadu in Parc de Nieve
(Madrid) and the two prestigious Snow World
projects in Landgraaf and Zoetermeer (the
Netherlands) on its reference list.
With
each project, Axima Refrigeration
advanced its understanding of the
technologies and were able to improve on
design.
